Healthy Air Walk!

A big thank you to everyone that made a donation! My dad, sister and I walked on Sunday and had a great time! The weather was perfect too! Next year we plan to have a team and get more people involved. It's still not too late to make a donation- click on the Healthy Air Walk logo on the side of the page to be taken to my donation page, every cent counts! Thank you again!!!
The Jack FM "Bustache" was there playing music for the event
At the finish line!

On a separate, but similar note, my dad celebrated his 25th Anniversary at work last Thursday. We got to go to his party, meet some of his co-workers and share a laugh or two (along with some great food!). In this day where most people will have several different careers in their lifetime I think its pretty awesome that he has been at his company for 25 years. Amazing thing is- when they had his 20th anniversary party- I was pregnant with the girls! It was one of my last "outings" before going on bedrest! My how things have changed in 5 years! They did a great job decorating with a fish theme and the party planner, Theresa found pictures from the blog (and some others that aren't here, thanks to an insider- wink, wink) and printed them and had them around the room, along with interesting facts about the year dad started (shall I mention that there were NO fax machines back then???) :)Dad made a great speech and even had the girls laughing (though I think they were just responding to the crowd). He received some beautiful gifts and the cake was yummy!
Congratulations dad!

The girls the morning of the party- which was also picture day! Can't wait to see how they turned out (we've been practicing our picture day smile!)

Big Congrats to John!! I have only averaged 5 years per job - so that would equate to 5 careers in my lifetime!!
Beautiful picture smiles too!
