Saturday June 14th is my mom's birthday! Yep- mom was born on flag day and for all you faithful and observant blog readers- yes its always the same weekend as Father's Day- just as my dad's birthday is always the same weekend as Mother's Day and their anniversary is always in the middle of it all! Lots of celebrating! A HUGE thanks to my Uncle Carl and Aunt Jean (mom's brother and sister) for helping me get these pictures! Mom was one cute kid!

Saturday also would have been my aunts 50th wedding anniversary! My mom was the flower girl in her wedding and they brought her a birthday cake at the reception. My mom is the little girl in the picture standing next to the bride.
